How does it work?
Getting your document virtually notarized is fast, convenient and secure

Signer Requirements:
Internet Connection
Valid US Government issued photo ID or passport (unexpired)
Access to smartphone or computer with audio/visual capabilities
Book Appointment
Simply book an appointment by selecting the "Book Online" button at the top of the page. Make sure to choose a date and time that works best for you. You can put how many documents you need notarized in the message portion of the contact form.
Upload Document
Submit your documents to our secure portal at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. Once documents are received, you will be sent an email with a link to access the online notary session. For your security and privacy, all documents will be deleted within 24 hours or after your notary appointment is complete, which ever comes first.
Meet your Remote Notary
About 5 minutes prior to your appointment time, you will be prompted to click on a secure link sent directly to the email address you provided. Simply upload a photo of your identification then meet with your online notary. After the notarization is complete, your document will be available for instant download.
